More than 100 students and coaches from NYRR's Young Runners program had a blast on Saturday, January 28, at our youth running clinic. The day was fast-paced and fun as the students split into groups and moved through six activity sessions. They practiced dynamic warm-up drills, used video to evaluate and improve their form, stretched with Jim Wharton, and even blended healthy smoothies. The Young Runners left feeling swifter, if a bit heavier, as they each picked up a goodie bag of gear on their way home.
