Ho! Ho! Ho! The holiday spirit was everywhere at the NYRR Jingle Bell Jog, a race at which it can seem unusual NOT to be decked out in a pair of reindeer antlers, a Santa hat, or at least a jingle bell or two. Among the nearly 6,000 finishers on a clear, cold morning were hundreds of children from NYRR youth programs, who took on the 6K (3.7-mile) course with gusto. After the race, young and old alike enjoyed a raffle with some fabulous local and seasonal prizes, as well as a snack of bagels and hot chocolate.
