| August 1, 2010 The second annual NYRR Sprint Triathlon in Queens was a big success, with nearly twice as many participants as the inaugural race in 2009. Hundreds of athletes swam 400 meters in the Aquatic Center at Flushing Meadows Corona Park, and then biked 13 miles and ran 5K on the park’s roads and pathways, finishing near the famed Unisphere. Arthur Moore (1:01:02) and Nicole Sin Quee (1:06:43) were repeat winners. |
