| October 3, 2010 Runners convened in Van Cortlandt Park on Sunday for the Harry Murphy Cross Country Classic. Named for Brooklyn runner—and NYRR sign painter—Harry "the Brush" Murphy, the race drew hundreds of participants to the rolling hills of the Bronx. Cool autumn temperatures made for ideal running conditions. |
