Join us, and top trainer Elizabeth Treese, for a very special Saturday Learning Series Event at Equinox Columbus Circle to learn how cross-training and “Muscle Recruitment” can help maximize your running performance and reduce injury. Muscle Recruitment is the understanding of how your muscles work together during activity and the best way to strengthen the movement pattern, improve force production (ie. "power") and reduce risk of injury.
