Resolved to Be Active and Healthy This Year? Don't Go at it Alone!
NYRR is dedicated to promoting the sport of distance running, enhancing health and fitness for all, and responding to community needs. Take advantage of all of the resources NYRR has to offer by attending the first NYRR Learning Series event of the New Year. Moderated by Running Divas coach and NYRR editorial director Gordon Bakoulis, attendees will exchange tips for starting to run, and discuss suggestions for getting on track and staying motivated. Designed for both novice and experienced runners, this event will provide inspiration for all in a relaxed setting.
You can also send us your story or tips that can help others start getting fit for the New Year. Please e-mail to us at membership@nyrr.org .
