Stretch and Relax this Winter

Stay warm and relaxed this winter, while improving your running performance and flexibility with our Winter session of Yoga for Runners class at Pure Yoga West.


Created especially for runners to help improve flexibility and athletic performance, students stretch and strengthen the many major running muscle groups, prevent joint injuries, and improve breath control and focus. This class will focus on restorative, elongating and loosening work while balancing strength, increasing range of motion, and training the body and mind.

 

Held at the Pure West location of Pure Yoga, these sessions are open to everyone from beginners to seasoned enthusiasts who want to continue an ongoing yoga practice

Winter Session (Tuesday Evenings)

Class Date: 6 week session beginning Tuesday, January 24-February 28

Time: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Doors open 30 minutes prior to class start
