Yoga For Runners (Fall)
NYRR and Pure Yoga are welcoming the Fall running season with two new Yoga for Runners classes. This is the perfect cross training medium to help build strength, endurance, and stamina for your Fall running season! Each weekly, one-hour class will offer a full spectrum of Yoga practices making it perfect for everybody at all levels. This session also includes 1 extra session for some good “post-marathon” stretching.
So whether this is your first introduction to Yoga or an enthusiast that wants to continue to learn, this class will be exciting and different and teach you how Yoga can be the perfect fit for your training schedule.
